3 Stage Spiritual Transformation through diet

Stage 2 - Cleanse

The second phase involves a gradual transition to our effective Cleanse program. Our yogic cleanse program places stronger emphasis on fruits, vegetables and whole grains based diet. This program will provide a comprehensive detox and remove all obstacles to the proper functioning of your system.



Stage 3 - Performance

The Balance and Cleanse programs will both prepare and ideally position you to realize your true potential. The third phase of your journey will consist of our Performance program.
